Return Policy

At Starnaaz, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
